For me, „Acis and Galatea” is a story about a man who, longing for nature and its beauty, only knows how to reap its benefits, but has forgotten how to care. Who, longing for love, resorts to violence because he feels powerless. About a man who, although he desires harmony, mocks it. Who desires simplicity, but constantly complicates. Who would like to create, but constantly deconstructs. (…) But it is also a story about the existence of hope and meaning, that we are part of a greater whole, and that the end becomes a beginning in the eternal cycle of death and life that nature sets in motion.
