It’s a great thing that the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera has decided to revive this opera, which definitely deserves it. The presentation of Jarecki’s work further stimulates an appetite for forgotten works by Polish composers. It is hoped that „Barbara Radziwiłłówna” will be the beginning of a regular series of presentations of unknown Polish operatic music. (Orfeo)
